HerLongevityLab is a health-tracking and information service. You answer a weekly check-in about how you're feeling, and we send you a personalised report and a printable summary you can choose to take to your own doctor.

Please read this carefully:

• HerLongevityLab is NOT a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• We are not doctors, and using HerLongevityLab does not create a doctor–patient or any clinical relationship between you and us.
• Our reports are for information and self-tracking only. They reflect back the information you give us. They are not a diagnosis and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
• The "doctor-ready summary" is simply an organised summary of your own answers, designed to help you have a more informed conversation with your GP. It is not a clinical assessment and is not a referral.
• Always seek the advice of your GP or another qualified health professional with any questions about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something in a HerLongevityLab report.
• In an emergency, or if you have urgent or serious symptoms, contact your GP, call 111, or call 999 / go to A&E. Do not wait for or rely on a HerLongevityLab report.

Your reports are drafted with the help of artificial intelligence based on the answers you submit. While we work hard to make them careful, warm and useful, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Reports are provided "as is" for information only, and you should use your own judgement and your doctor's advice. Nothing in a report is a promise of any particular health outcome.

You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to use HerLongevityLab. By subscribing you confirm that you are.

• HerLongevityLab is a subscription service. The current price is shown at checkout (for example £14.99 per month) and is taken automatically each month by our payment provider, Stripe, until you cancel.
• Founding members: where we have offered a founding price, that price will continue to apply to your subscription for as long as it remains active and uncancelled, even if our prices rise for new members.
• We may change our prices for new subscriptions at any time. If we ever propose to change the price of an existing subscription, we will give you clear advance notice by email and the chance to cancel before it takes effect.

• You can cancel at any time through the customer portal link in your emails, or by emailing [email protected].
• When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then stops. We don't take any further payments.
• Because our service delivers digital content and reports promptly, please note your statutory cancellation rights for digital content may be limited once reports have been provided — but we will always deal with cancellations and any genuine issues fairly and in line with UK consumer law.

Please use HerLongevityLab only for your own personal use, and don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or copy or resell our reports or content.

The HerLongevityLab name, logo, website, report formats and wording are our intellectual property. Your personal report is yours to keep and use for your own purposes (including sharing with your doctor), but you may not republish or commercialise our content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that:

• We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee any particular health result or that reports will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for any decision you make about your health based on a report — you should always confirm with a qualified professional.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may improve, change or withdraw features of the service, and we may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we'll let you know. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
